I just bought an entire AC system with this company in 2021. Yesterday it stopped blowing cold air. They charged me 100 just to come. When they got there, they wanted 240 to cool it down and another 325 for a part. It should be a crime to leave someone in the heat. I got the part for 35 from ACE hardware. And guess what - I sat there with the hose and cooled it down all by myself for 15 minutes for free. Then a gentleman came and installed the new part for 60. These people had no worries leaving
