I have used them twice. BOTH times, the main driver for their company “got lost”, which ads more time to the job, which means more $$ for them. He purposely did it bc he was following behind me and I was waiting for 45 min at my new place for him to arrive and unload. Not only that, the first time I used them in 2020, I paid NO deposit fee. The second time, they quoted me the $300 which I was prepared to pay. At the end - not only were they trying to charge me for the ADDED time bc the driver “
