5 years ago got all 16 windows replaced in my house. A couple years later they had to come out and redo all the windows yet again due to not being installed with correct material the first time. Have an arched window leaking been trying to get them to fix. They came out 4 different times to measure. Guy came out to replace put a big hole in my drywall just to say window was too small. Manager came out to measure yet again and radio silence . Tried reaching out several times to no reply.

I see many customers have had great experiences. Unfortunately, ours was the opposite — and it involves both the Arizona Window & Door Store and Anlin (the manufacturer). A few months ago we replaced two sliding doors separating our living room and bedroom from our sunroom. Drew came out, explained the process, and walked us through options. Up to that point, everything seemed fine. The problems started after installation, when we noticed several items that should have been addressed immediately
