What started as a small leak turned into a $303 bill for us! Az Water did not turn off our service when informed of our leaky valve. Should we have to pay since they did not do their job? Your thoughts?

They make it difficult to pay your bill. They dont take cards in the office, they take cash but are closed 12 - 1:30 so ya cant do it at lunch unless you drop it thru the door. The online payment has changed and i cant even log in. Plus they charge to use your card online.
