A HORIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can you believe these people? We closed on our new house on Friday and didn't get closing docs back to us mid-day on Monday. They shut our water off at 1 pm because we didn't send closing docs to them. We called to get it turned back on. They said they hoped to get it back on but couldn't assure us because they were short staffed. But they weren't short staffed to turn off the water less than 1 business day after house closing

Shut us off WITHOUT NOTICE over $50. This is the most petty company I have ever had to deal with. We have had problems in the past with them doubling our bill and then claiming we had to have a leak somewhere.. yet randomly the following bill was normal .. and no leak was found. There is something very sketchy going on here. If you can avoid working with them, I highly recommend you do.
