Everything went fine until I had a warranty and service claim several years after installation. My deal included one free service which I never received. I contacted the office and spoke with a receptionist twice who promised to have the service manager call but indicated that my 10 year warranty wasn't actually any good for service after 7 years??? Never heard another word. Emailed and asked for help to schedule a service. NO RESPONSE at all. So, not likely I would ever use this company again.

Arizona Turf Masters installed artificial turf around our sport court and did a fabulous job! We could not be more pleased with their pricing and with the job they did. I had a large section around my pool turfed. There were some initial setbacks on the first install, but the customer service experience to resolve was very good. Arizona Turf Masters did a great job standing behind their product and ensured a good customer experience in the end.
