I was asked to send pics, which I did, and mentioned that I was trying to save a tree in my yard. Jesse sent a contract and wanted a down payment via Zelle. No one called me about scheduling. These people are shysters with the worst customer service ever. I paid $ 1,000.00 to have 8 little trees removed and 1 larger tree cut down. They did not remove the trees; they cut all of them down to the stump. The stumps are about 3" in diameter. I could have cut the little trees down to the stump myself. I specifically asked for removal, they specifically said they would remove them. We made a deal; they did not do what they said they would do, and what I paid them to do. When I showed video

As far as the trimming of our 3 very large Mesquite trees, these guys did an excellent job. Quick and efficient with a large crew. However, they also said they would clean up everything when finished. They almost did - everything on the ground was cleaned reasonably well. However, you can see limbs over the parapet on our flat roof. I have contacted them twice about this with no response. It is now evident that they are not going to help with this, and I will have to hire someone else to ge
