Tried to purchase materials from Site one in Gilbert. Was told they dont carry the Techniseal Structure Seal i was looking for Called Dereck the GM, he apologized and said their sister store ArizonaStone had 14 according to Rosalee, but they closed in 45 minutes. Turned around and went back and got there at 3:50 to find out they didnt have any. I would not recommend this place . With rush hour traffic, they will have wasted 3 hours of my day due to their incompetence. Especially Rosalee
