Called on Saturday, 4/5 to see if they could do a small cut on a small piece of marble. They said they could do it, and that they close at 3pm. I arrived around 11:30 to an empty, but unlocked office. I waited for several minutes in the lobby until a woman arrived, and told me that there was no one in the warehouse to do the cuts today. I don't know why they wouldn't have told me that over the phone, or why the gentleman with whom I spoke told me that they close at 3pm when they couldn't do the
