Service was minimal, someone showed up, did chemicals only, no cleaning, etc. with no communications whatsoever. The pool even developed some algae issues that were not addressed. I switched to another company -- at the same price -- and they give me amazing, attentive service, everything explained in detail, with filter cleaning, etc. included. My pool finally looks sparkling clean for the first time
