Michael was efficient and inspected the area in question. Gave me all scenarios that may play into the concrete work and was extremely genuine in his approach. Michael was not only friendly but knowledgeable which made for a pleasant experience in requesting a concrete quote.

Ultimately I did not move forward with the solution because it was not a repair as much as it was the entire underbelly of my structure. So the cost benefit was greater than I was willing to spend. However I could see this solution being ideal for a repair based on scale. Now my experience dealing with the company from my first call, to the estimator who surveyed and measured the site was excellent.
