Not happy with the service. Paid $550 for install and the installers didn’t even connect the fireplace correctly. They left the fireplace too far out and didn’t bother to let us know it was not in far enough. They took pics and left. My electrician had to fix the electrical connection. When I pointed out that the electrical was not done properly, they replied that the don’t like to connect electrical. Then why did I pay for them to install my fireplace? Their manual does not explain how to fram

Lots of good stuff, only wish I didn’t have to take time off work to go there , a couple hours on a weekend would go a long way.
