Shutters are beautiful. Customer service is excellent. Prices are excellent too. We love this company so much we are coveting more windows.

First, the sales process was friendly but get many estimates because it saved me $700 from the first bid to the final that they met. Also, the sales person is not an employee but are dealers selling the products only. Second, don’t believe the deliverable dates. We were told 6-8 weeks by sales person, the final took almost four months. Third, customer service was not good. They could not tell me anything about my order for weeks until production and the response was basically “whenever”! The sal
