What a great company and Shawn is such a kind and decent individual. We called several AC companies today, July. 3rd. No one could accommodate us at all. Even though they were also booked, Shawn took the time, over 20 minutes to walk my husband through a diagnosis and ultimately a fix. He certainly didn’t have to do this but he cared enough to help.
