Put a claim with my American home warranty service and they schedule me with arvid plumbing. Jesse came out and looked at my toilet I told him I had a crack in the tank he was at my house for 2 minutes took pictures and then proceeded to call the warranty company and said it had a crack but it was not of normal wear and tear. How could a crack in the tank not be normal wear and tear. I talked with Chris the supervisor and he explained to me the crack started on the top and that is why they said
