While I have not done any projects myself with Ariana, I have been following her work for years now. As a mortgage broker and real estate investor I see a lot of projects, from new construction, to fix & flips, to owner renovations. Not all are to my taste (in some cases, that's being polite...) - I am yet to see a project Ariana is involved in which I would not love to move into tomorrow. All with very good taste, often on the modern side - beautiful designs, material selections and great color
