Although their work is good, they have the worst customer service. They are rude, unresponsive and act like bullies. I would recommend the people they subcontract to for their quality, but I would not use these guys if you want anything done on time or communicated in a timely manner unless they want to be paid. My bathroom remodel was quoted 10 days took over 2.5 months to complete with me having to hound them constantly for updates and simple communications.
