I contacted Ardent on Wednesday and got my contractor grade Bradford White water heater installed on Friday afternoon. Heru had been communicating with me on scheduling. Kevin came on-time and was very professional. He had the water heater installed and some pipes and shutoff replaced on schedule. I love their use of technology of sending the invoice and a number of before and after pictures for me to pay online. I'd absolutely use them for my plumbing jobs.
