He is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions thoroughly. He lubricated our locks and door handles, restoring them to like-new condition.

This is my second visit for the same rekey. The second visit went great. However, the first visit was a bad experience. First visit they failed to rekey the 3rd door and the front lock that they did rekey kept sticking. Took them 6 weeks to come back and fix it.
