Nate was awesome to work with. I'm a realtor and needed a roofer to service a roof for sale. Arc was out quickly. They took pictures of the repairs. Communication was great. Nate was super knowledgeable and was helpful with explaining the condition and repairs. Would highly recommend. Thanks guys!

Excellent! Highly recommend! This is truly a nice family that gives you excellent customer service. Very easy to work with and kind. They are very responsive as well. Their customer service is outstanding. They did an excellent job on our roof. I found them on the Better Business Bureau website when I was looking for someone to come put a tarp on our roof on a Saturday morning after storm damage. They showed up the same day. We then contracted them to do a complete roof replacement.

Nate was amazing from start to finish and pretty much was the whole reason we decided on ARC Roofing. Mike and George (Jr) were pleasant and helpful and seemed to really care strongly that the job was done well - which is appreciated! We felt supported and included throughout the process and they did an amazing job with cleanup afterwards (I think I saw 6 different guys checking for debris near the playground just to be sure they got every last nail)…They were all amazing! And done in 1 day!!! I
