I had a technician come out to examine an issue with continued water hardness. Jon told me he would be very thorough and he was. He understood how the system worked and minor issues that could lead to a breakdown of the operating system. He asked questions, listened to my responses, then went about doing what he determined was necessary to fix my water issue. He answered all of my many questions.
