I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received. When I called to schedule a warranty repair for my sprinkler system, which has a broken pipe underground, I found their hours of operation to be inconvenient. As they only work from 8am-1pm, I will be seeking the services of another company to complete the warranty work.

Contacted them for a quote; a week later I got a call and the rep hadn't even looked at the bid yet and was reading it as we were on the phone. Not a great start but not the worst part. The rep was actually argumentative and was trying to push me to inferior options when I knew what I wanted (and was willing to pay more).
