Unfortunately, my family did not have the best experience. We were told the techs would be at our house "afternoon" and we had to call the company, then the techs came around 4:30/4:45p (def after noon, but would have appreciated a courtesy call for an updated timeline). We already had our cover off, so all the techs really did was put the ladders in the peg holes, take pictures of the pool, and assessed the filter. We were told that we needed "o-rings" and then the tech drilled back the filter.

I rarely post reviews but feel compelled to warn others of this company. The company came out last year to check on a impeller/motor issue and deemed the motor needs to be replaced. They changed the motor before closing the pool. We moved in and this year on opening, it was found the casket near the pump was missing and there was water leaking near the pump connection which is a new problem - obviously after they closed it last year since no one touched it since.
