Our heat and glow fireplace insert was not functioning properly so we called for service. The technician, Jeff Hahn, came out and immediately diagnosed the problem. Jeff’s expertise and excellent customer care got us to a solution very quickly, and it was a complicated problem. Jeff really understands the system in the unit and had the parts available and the knowledge of how to install each one and make them work together in unison.
