My system has not worked properly since we got it and customer service is a joke. They were good at first, until I guess they have no idea why it doesn't work properly. The owner came out and offered for us to buy a bigger system when we are still paying for the original system. Always saying the system is working like it should but the water in my house tells a different story. I am fed up with this company and their lies!! Don't bother - they: do not respond to calls or emails, reschedule appointments, fail to complete the job, and fail to follow through on promises. AVOID!!!!
