Absolutely fabulous experience. We had pool tiles at the waterline come off in various parts of our pool last winter. Northstar were honest and detailed in explaining the reasons and options for repair (/enhancement). Their service technicians were fantastic; polite, competent, clean and took care of the work area etc. Northstar did exactly what they said they’d do and when they’d do it. A real pleasure.

7/27/25 I called Northstar pools for an estimate related to some changes that I wanted to have done on the filter and salt generator. Northstar came to my home at the schedule time. Saul Listen to my concerns and took some pictures. Later I was sent an estimate of cost. I hired Northstar and Saul performed the service.
