For a small business, it is very impressive as to advising the customer with written materials before the company is retained, providing a clear and comprehensive contract, giving very clear pre-work instructions for how the customer should prepare the premises, and providing post-work instructions for the premises and responsiveness to phone calls.

Ray power washed our house and deck and cleaned the windows. He did a great job on our 99 year old house. It looks new. He was professional at all times and was easy to talk to when explaining what the job would entail. I can recommend him without any doubt.
