The tech was great and explained the service he rendered along with instructions on contacting Activ about the gift card when we were instructed to speak to the tech about it upon his arrival. I am pleased with his service and his professionalism and attention to detail on problem areas. He also checked back in before leaving the property to update us on his finding a wasp nest and his removal of it. Thanks again!

I would have given 5 stars but my technician sprayed all over my floors. I'm not sure that he got the baseboards? I have a parrot who occasionally gets on my floor so I need to be sure my carpet is thoroughly dry before I let her down. Especially since I saw my floors all sprayed up.
