After seeing them advertised on KMOV I thought I would give them a call. Left a message on their voice mail on Thursday 2/26 Got a call back the next day so I explained I needed a FP inspection and a dryer vent inspection and both cleaned. Lady quoted me a price and provided their insurance information. The lady said she will call me back on Monday 3/2 to schedule. No call. I called again the following Thursday 3/5 and left message. Still no call back. I guess they don't want my business.

He explained everything in detail and showed me how to use the fireplace properly. I have lived in my home over 15 years and never knew how to properly light the fireplace. Thank you Approved for your services and I will definitely refer your company to anyone needing a chimney sweep or repair.
