We have used Appliance Service Today numerous times and never had a bad experience. They come to Williams weekly which is a plus for us. Most recently, Jerry replaced our washing machine drain motor. We have had no problems since then. We always find them professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.

Initial eval by JR and his apprentice went well, said they needed to order parts and then schedule installation. 2 wks later I emailed the apprentice, but no reply. 2 wks later I called the office and was told that they were researching parts, although the part was readily available at Amazon, which I told her. 4 wks later I call and am told the part was not available and that she had emailed me (never received, they have my phone number), although the replacement by Samsung is clearly avail

Just ordered a part but not great customer service. Amy was yelling before we even got to the counter. Seems to be her MO judging from other reviews.
