Working with Rob is a breeze, Rob came to the house and was on time ,he walks you through all the options and makes sure you get exactly what you want. we ordered the retractable awning and we are very happy with it. We had to wait a little while between placing the order, having it manufactured and Rob waited for a few orders to be filled for savings on shipping the units.
