i really don't want to give any stars, this is the worst company ever, they have no idea what they are doing, do not use them

Extremely disappointed with this company’s lack of professionalism and communication. We were told the required glass part had already been ordered. When the technician arrived late to the appointment, it became clear the part had not been ordered as promised. After that, the company no-showed a scheduled appointment with my client. When my client attempted to follow up, the company hung up on them multiple times and has since stopped answering calls altogether. This caused unnecessary delays

I had a double-paned window crack on one side - a tech came out for a FREE ESTIMATE (which was one of my original sticking points) - the window is a strange size so they special ordered it, it was installed just a couple days later. The techs were efficient, on time, courteous, and the window looks great! I’m so happy with the job well done.

Please be careful. I called for a quote, and was told someone would have to come look at it. When he showed up he told me that he would have to call the office to get the info. ??? They didn't answer so he asked me for my email address to send me the quote. He left and I received a bill for almost $700. I recorded the interaction, so I'm hoping I don't need to use it in a court case.

Owner was very nice, they did an awesome job replacing upstairs window. Would definitely use them again

Very good experience. Had a new shower linstalled. Oscar and his team stand behind their products and work. After ithe shower door had been in for a while it needed some adjustments to close properly. Oscar sent his 2 best guys out to take care of it for me. Highly recommend. Support our small local businesses.

I would like to give a huge Thank You shout out to Apodaca's Glass and Door. I called them this morning and they were able to send their guys out within 2 hours and they were pretty quick, only took them less than 45 minutes to replace my glass. And the price I was quoted was unbeatable. Please give them a call, they will not disappoint.
