APO installed my generator at my home, and the installation itself was done well. However, my experience after that has been very disappointing. When I tried to contact them for service—something they specifically said I could do anytime—they did not answer my calls or return my messages. A lack of follow-up and communication like this is frustrating and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would recommend thinking twice before relying on them for ongoing support.

We just had our first power outage and the Generac installed by APO Energy Solutions cut in perfectly. No tripped circuit breakers, no electronic equipment resets and our clocks didn't miss a beat. Christ and his 3 member team were fantastic to work with. No hidden cost, no surprises, and everything accomplished when promised. Can't say enough good things! Thank! Wm.

I want to thank both Chris and Keith from APO Energy Solution. The engine on my generator needed to be replaced when the piston went through the side of the engine block. I reached out to Chris on a Saturday afternoon, and Keith showed up two days later on Monday morning to assess the generator. Talked to Chris as a rep for GENERAC. Sent images via text, after phone call. Shared difficulty I'd experienced with another factory authorized rep. I had permit in hand, and 24kw generator on site, next to propane tank and the gas line in place. Was promised communication after he finished the tasks of that day. Must be nice to be so busy as to not keep your promises. Oh well, got the work done.

APO recently installed a Generac generator for us. Their workmanship is top quality. Chris handled all the permits and other paperwork with Generac. He even did the initial break in on the generator at his shop so it was ready to go when they install it. His price is extremely fair. We are very pleased and strongly recommend APO.

Put in our SolarEdge panels and system over 5 years ago and just love not having a shocking bill every month. We started with a competitor and then told him we wanted solaredge system - the brain is in your garage not individuality on the hot roof. Many friends with the other system has gone down.
