I deeply regret choosing Apex. Unfortunately, I ended up paying much more in loans than any electricity bill, which seemed to only benefit the company rather than providing any real value to me a homeowner. I would not recommend their services.

My rep TJ Warner is what made my experience great. He made sure everything was how I wanted it. I had a few hitches with suntalk but they made them right. If you do solar go to TJ at Apex. Request him specifically ... I mean that. Making me a happy customer is rough. He did that. Come to find out after using Apex who uses Suntalk if anything ever happens on this thing they charge you 350 dollars just to show up then 100 dollars labor on top of that per hour. The stupid solar was like 30k

Jordan and the Apex team made the solar process very easy for us. Without them it would have been very time consuming for a couple with kids and full time jobs. Everything from financing to getting city/Xcel/HOA approvals went smoothly with little effort from us. And when we had questions or checked on status, we always received a quick and reasonable response.

Apex Solar Solutions has been very supportive throughout the process of installing and learning how to use and manage our panels and battery. Whenever we have a question, we text our representative Griffin and he responds within minutes, faster than my family members do to me - ha. He helps us get answers to any and all of our questions and is very kind and engaged in our success. Getting and understand our Solar has been an easy experience because of him. Their sales people are incredibly persistent. They will not stop coming by. The good reviews are because they give you a discount for doing a review. They also say they are affiliated with Xcel and they are not.

The solar system is working great. Griffin Muzylowski was very helpful and responsive from start to finish. They designed a system to meet my requirements and my restrictions. I have no complaints with my experience
