APD tech came yesterday to address my window sill suddenly cracked inside with a big gap that I can fill a pencil in, I was very concerned with foundation issues, Danny was very polite and honest and also measured my floor level which is with 1/2”. He instructed me to keep an eye on the exterior cracks if getting bigger. He didn’t take advantage of my anxiety and he was also experienced on doing the actual foundation repair work.
