Placed an order with, they stopped the order requesting info that can't be used to prevent fraud but can be used to create it. Company seemed legit, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they just have one bad agent rather than the whole organization is bad. So I forwarded the email to the heads of the company, but got to reply implicating them as well.

They canceled my order of a generator battery, without any explanation.

Online inventory is in accurate. No customer service. No need for me to ever use this company again.
