This weekend I had the guys from anytime tree service out to remove 5 very large complex fir trees. They were tall, close to the house, intertwined and very challenging. The bidding process and price was very fair especially given the extra challenges. They were exceptionally tidy and planned their work well. Some of these branches were the size of trees themselves. But every single branch was clearly under control when it came down. Everyone had proper gear on was friendly and very professional

Very poor customer service. They came out looked at the trees and agreed on a price and set a date and time. Day comes and they call and say that their chipper was down and would be out the following Tuesday. Not a problem. Today comes and the crew shows up and no climber. One crew member says the climber is sick another said they couldn't get a hold of him. Then asked if they got the chipper fixed, the crew said it was never down.
