The AI customer service is a TRAGEDY and is an abomination. I was argued with about my choice of service personnel, and had to finally say "Representative" to get an intelligent HUMAN BEING to schedule and confirm same. Management NEEDS to clean up their act AND the abysmal AI customer service representative programming!
