Update to my review. The owner Pat called me and they got me new wiper arms. They came out to my place of work and installed them. I give them credit for correcting the mistake and my new rating reflects that. Took my truck into Chapman Ford for warranty work. I had a few chips right in my line of sight and a rep there said they could take care of it if it while it was in for service. I let them do a complete windshield replacement.
