Apparently no one at A&S answers their phone or emails. I built my pool with them in 2023 and have had a VIP service contract ever since. What a joke! Last week the tech left dead frog carcasses from the skimmer baskets in the pool area. What?! ! I have tried to reach Tonya Jugenheimer for a week by phone and email with no response. Ridiculous. They cannot seem to keep good techs and if this is how they treat a loyal customer I question their employer practices.

Mission came out to service our pool when we had an algae issue. His customer service was great and he was super helpful. Will definitely use Anthony And Sylvan for future pool maintenance needs.
