Having been in customer service for a decade, I really appreciate when I get great customer service. My mom went through them and was very pleased. My experience with anthem alarms was nothing short of fantastic. Not only did they listen to my concerns, they were very honest(which is hard to find these days) and made me feel extremely comfortable. If your looking for an alarm company that has integrity and provides peace of mind, then I recommend Anthem Alarms hands down!

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. They have been absolutely terrible from day one! They were supposed to install a siren/ strobe light for my mother-in-law who is nearly completely deaf (she’s covered under the Americans with disabilities act). They didn’t have the right equipment to install it when they installed the rest of my system so he told me he’d be back in a day or two with the wire and other equipment to install the siren.
