Monroe was good and overall the move went okay but the company owner over the phone was rude, aggressive and disrespectful. At first, it was supposed to be $170 for the truck and $140/hr but the guy called me and told they can't make it to the pickup location and told us they can only come with an increase in the price which was highly unethical . So, we agreed to the latest terms which were $150/hr and $200 for the truck. Monroe came and finished everything super fast and super efficient. Ho
