I really liked Chip at first, he did a great job adjusting some counterbalances for me. Now, after agreeing to send an estimate and do a second job for me, I can't get the guy to return any calls or texts. I'm not fond of unreliable contractors, so I gotta give him the one star.

I will recommend Chip and Andrew Glass to everyone I know! He was so great to do business with and did such a good job replacing the old window in our shop. He also took the time to give us a written quote for other windows that will need replacing in the future. I appreciated that Chip responded personally and quickly. Thank you for your service.
