I wish this review held up, but it didn't. The door started sagging soon after I posted this, as the first evidence of an improper installation. Eventually, it got so bad that I couldn't lock the door. Adam had gone back and forth with me about the door dragging on the floor, and I've realized that it's simply because it was installed about a quarter inch too low. Now I have a damaged floor from the scraping, and a door that is less functional than my previous one. I am working with them to try

The job was a bit tricky but Adam problem solved and went the extra mile to make sure the job was done well. And all with a great attitude too!
