***UPDATE*** 4/7/26 The Service Manager Bill stepped up immediately and has done everything they can to resolve the issues I have with the car from the sales department. Bill in service is great and definitely takes pride in helping his customers. We are not fully resolved with issues at this time but the ball is rolling and progress is occurring.
