I was at a Dr.'s appointment and my wife locked the door that is not working by accident. We have just been using the deadbolt. She called Anderson, when he showed up and tried unlocking the door, he said it was not working, I knew it wasn't. He ended up drilling out the lock. $280.00 later and then he did not even clean up the shavings from drilling out the lock. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I have a picture of the floor where he left the shavings
