This company has been an absolute nightmare to deal with from day one. They overpromise nonstop, especially when it comes to “working with your homeowners insurance,” yet deliver absolutely nothing they claim they will. I am currently in the process of finishing my work with Anderson construction and this whole process has been a complete mess! Sean and Nate came to my house promising they were working with my neighbors which turned out to be a complete lie. Anderson did a great job with our roof replacement. I started out thinking the rating would be 4.8, because of one time lag with emails. However, so much happens with scheduling for a construction company, it comes down to resolution. Everything is about problem solving, and Jeff listened and acted in making us happy and satisfied.
