Today Steve and Dylan (sp?) were @ the house to replace (2) cobra recall hinges on our high-end Viking units. They were on time, respectful of house rules (wearing shoe-booties) and very professional and courteous. Any/all questions I had during their visit were handling immediately and efficiently.
