WOW!!!! My apartment building uses this service. I never had a problem with them when I rented here 2015 to 2018 or when I moved here again in 2024 to present. But today the technician who came was argumentative, hostile and aggressive!!! He repeatedly argued back and forth like a 9 year old child!!!...then he followed me, recorded me and kept needling me!!! I was legitimately so scared I told the manager I never want him in my apartment again, whether I'm present or not. I don't have the co
