Their installer made quality control mistakes during initial installation and subsequent visits (e.g. chipped corners of planks and claiming it was the manufacturer's fault). Guess what, I checked the boxes and NONE of them had chipped corners. I had them come over 3 TIMES to get things right - Every time they came to replace boards that were installed damaged, they caused additional damage. It was a headache for me to have them come back to pull out boards and replace them again and again. The
